2. Refund Policy

Credits are a consumable digital product and are delivered immediately upon purchase. Refunds are available under the conditions described below and in our Refund Policy.

a. Acceptance of Refund Policy

It is highly recommended to know the functionality and features of our product before placing an order to avoid the circumstances of refunds.

By ordering our products, you agree that you have properly read this policy and fully accept the terms & conditions in this refund policy.

If you don't agree or accept the terms & conditions in this policy, please contact us to relay your comments, suggestions, or corrections; we would appreciate it.

For any request or general query, please give us a maximum of 48 hours to get back to you.

b. When refunds are available

Errors occur due to our system bug.

Users who have used 50 credits or fewer may request a refund within 3 days of the first payment.

c. Note:

The first payment means the initial credit purchase with an identified account. Credit purchases are one-time payments and do not include automatic renewal, recurring charges, or future repurchases.

Please provide us the thorough and supported reasons for the refund.

We do not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction.

d. Credits and Payments

Our services operate on a credit-based model. Credits are purchased as one-time payments and are not subject to automatic renewal. You authorize us to process the payment for the credit package you select at checkout. Credits are consumed as you use our AI tools, and you can check your remaining balance in your account at any time.

e. Refunds

Credits that have already been consumed are not eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Purchased credits do not expire, and you may use them at your own pace with no recurring charges.

f. EU and UK consumers — right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because credits are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, this right is lost once delivery begins. If you have not consumed your credits and wish to withdraw, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

3. Intellectual Property and Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to our Website. Subject to these Terms and our Content Policy, you grant us a limited license to use your uploaded content solely to operate the Services and generate the outputs you request.

Outputs generated by our AI tools from your inputs are yours to use for any lawful purpose, subject to your responsibility to obtain all necessary rights for any source material (including any person's likeness) and to comply with our Content Policy.

All materials on our Website and all outputs generated by our AI tools are provided "as is". We make no warranties, whether express or implied, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or inappropriate; you are solely responsible for reviewing them before use or sharing. We do not represent that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitations

We or our suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages that will arise from the use or inability to use the materials on our Website, even if we or an authorized representative of this Website has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage. As with our other moderation measures, this monitoring is automated and is not 100% accurate. We may block or remove content that we determine, in our discretion, to violate our terms or legal requirements.
